Below attested documents need to be submitted along with application file is compulsory. Incomplete application form will be rejected automatically, the research institute and approval committee will not call for joining the institute.
- A copy of On Line Ph.D. Registration form along with signature of Head, Place of Research and signature of allotted guide by place of research.
- Original pass certificates of PET. According to Instructions from high court those students who has followed direction number 6 of 2021 qualified PET exam result sheet (original).
- E./B.Tech and M.E/M.Tech original marksheets. (General category students should have 55% and SC/ST category should have 50% compulsory)
- Those candidate whose master’s degree is not from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, students have to submit eligibility certificate and application form from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University.
- Those candidates whose master’s degree is not from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University in that case students have to submit a certificate of residing in the Nagpur Jurisdiction duly signed by Executive Magistrate in the Exam Section of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University.
- Seven copies of Research Synopsis.
- Copy of Approval letter of Research Centre from RTMNU copy
- Number of seats available and number of seats left in the research institute information list along with signature of Head Research Center.
- Researchers list working under the Supervisor along with signature of Head Research Center.
Research Scholar has to submit 2 sets to R and D Cell of all documents submitted in RTMNU.
