REINSTALLATION CEREMONY OF ELECRA

‘ELECRA’-Reinstallation ceremony was held on a grand note at Auditorium, Jhulelal Institute of Technology, Nagpur on 28th-August 2018.  The day was filled with enthusiasm  and optimism, with several events marking this new beginning of forum ELECRA.  Mr. Amol Sawarkar, Assistant Engineer, MAHAGENCO(KTPS), was the Chief Guest of Ceremony and Shri. Pramod Pampatwar, Director Technical, SSCT was the President of the function. Event started with the lighting of lamp while praying to Goddess Saraswati by the hands of Mr. Amol Sawarkar, Shri. Pramod Pampatwar, Prof. Rohan Ingle, HOD, Dept. of Electrical Engg., and Asst. Prof. Swapnil Rahangdale, Forum Incharge.

Mr. Amol Sawarkar and Shri. Pramod Pampatwar were welcomed with floral banquette by the hands Prof. Rohan Ingle, HOD and Prof. Nitin Choudhary. Later, Mr. Amol Sawarkar and Shri. Pramod Pampatwar handed over the badges to the students who are selected for the various posts in the forum. Mr. Amol Sawarkar interacted with the students and share his thoughts on the challenges face by the youngsters on the field and also what are ways to improve one’s performance while working in Industry.  Prof. Rohan Ingle also shares his thought on forum and importance of forum for innovations and improvement in technical knowledge. Shri. Pramod Pampatwar also guided students for making innovative models and projects under the forum. Students were mesmerized with the thoughts of respected guests.

The organizers are thankful to Shri Mahesh Sadhwani, Chairman, SSCT; Shri Virendra Kukreja, Secretary, SSCT; Shri Jaiprakash Shajramani, Treasurer, SSCT; Shri Pramod Pampatwar, Director-Technical, JIT; Ms. Madhavi Wairagade, Director-HR & Admin; Dr.Narendra Bawane, Principal and Dr. Debashish Bhowmick, Vice-principal for their constant motivation  and support. Prof. Swapnil Rahangdale, Forum Incharge proposed Vote of Thanks. The program was grand success due to untiring efforts of teaching and non-teaching staff of Electrical Engineering department.
