Aagman 2019-Induction Program on Approaches and Perspectives of Management
Jhulelal Institute of Technology’s, Department of Business Administration recently organized one week Induction Program for 11th MBA Batch in association with Altius E commerce Solutions Nagpur
The inauguration of the program was done by the chief guest of the program Mr. Amol Mourya Founder and CEO of Win – Win Training and Guest of honour Ms Rakhi Gupta Senior Assosiate Human Resource of Altius
Mr. Amol Mourya during his session, mentioned the cultural influences on business practices and role of Indian ethos in managerial practices. He also suggested the importance of cultural aspect in business development.
Ms. Rakhi Gupta, Senior Associate, Human Resources, Altius, encouraged students to work on their communication and work hard to reach to their dream job.
Prof. Kunal Padole, Dean Training & Placement, JIT took session on Training and Placement and mentioned that students need to work on their capabilities and make the most out of the T&P department to reach to their dream company.
Mr. Milind Apte ,CEO, NRPL Infotech Pvt. Ltd., in his session explained about voice culture, diction and speech. He also suggested that students need to be receptive for knowledge, ideas, and inspiration from a variety of sources.
Dr. Shakti Sharma, renowned dietician, talked on the topic healthy eating and fit life style in which she explained about the type of food the students should have to get the balanced diet to keep the body energetic as well as she talk about the awful lifestyle that youngster are adopting and due to which they are sacrificing healthy life.
Mr. Mahesh Rakheja , Founder & CEO of The TechIntern, gave an influential lecture on secure your social media he shared the issues which individuals are facing on social media related to security as well as share various measures to secure social account from maltreatments.
Mr.Baldev Ravat, Founder, Value Kreation, talk on Romanticize entrepreneurship he suggested that MBA students can be successful entrepreneur he put emphasis that students need to do a proper homework to succeed, he also shared that every problem is a billion dollar idea.
Ms. Riya Wangani took zumba sessions with students which helped them to keep energetic and fit.
Dr. Swati Rahate, Convenor and HOD of MBA Department gave the welcome address and Prof. Suhani Gidwani co-convenor of the program gave vote of thanks.
Mr. Pramod Pampatwar gave presidential address. He welcomed the students and wished them for their bright future.
Ms. Madhavi Wairagde congratulated students to be the part of JIT and highlighted that MBA program is more of practical learning which helps the students to be the budding entrepreneurs in near future.

Excursion visit to Sahas Camp, Wadgaon, Nagpur
Jhulelal Institute of Technology’s, Department of Business Administration recently organized one day excursion visit to Sahas Camp, Wadgaon, Nagpur.
It was great experience for students to learn the team work and management skills through different group activities like 60 feet sports wall climbing, net climbing, low rope course, zip line and various adventure and brain storming activities.
The students left for the camp in early morning and return next morning to Nagpur with fun filled memories. It was a mesmerizing experience for the students to learn management being in the midst of nature. The students really enjoyed the visit and learned to apply management tricks in real life situations.

CSR Industrial Visit to Center for Science for Villages, Wardha
Jhulelal Institute of Technology’s, Department of Business Administration recently organized visit to Centre for Science for Villages, Wardha on 21st September as a part of CSR & Industrial Visit activity.
Students saw various models of Environment and waste management and interacted with the staff regarding recycling and reusing the waste products to safeguard the environment.
During the visit they interacted with the Dr. Soham Pandya, Secretary and Executive Director of CSV, Wardha regarding conservation of nature.
Students learned Bee Keeping and honey harvesting as a new business model, They also learned Waste paper recycling and Organic farming. Overall it was great experience for students as they are the budding managers of future and they have to work in harmony with nature.
On the way back they also visited Sewagram Ashram and Pavnar Dam, Wardha.
Students thanked department for planning and arranging the activity which was helpful in understanding of Environmental Management.

CSR visit to regional Mental Hospital
Jhulelal Institute of Technology’s, Department of Business Administration recently organized CSR Visit to Regional Mental Hospital, Nagpur.
It was great experience for students to learn the challenges to maintain and run hospital for mentally challenged patients. It also aimed at imbibing feeling of empathy towards the patients and accepting them gracefully in our society.
Mr. K N Shende, Head of Social Work and Welfare guided the students through the hospital. He showed various departments that aid in smooth functioning of the hospital and also addressed them regarding various types of mental illness which can cause disturbances in ones life.
He explained the students the need of accepting the mental patients and taking the help of doctors in cases of chronic mental diseases.
