Detailed Steps of Strict double blind peer review procedure:

  1. Manuscript Submission:

Anonymization: The author submits their manuscript to the journal, ensuring all identifying information (author names, affiliations) is removed and replaced with a unique code to maintain anonymity.

  1. Editorial Assessment:

Initial Review:

The journal editor conducts a preliminary assessment of the manuscript for suitability and relevance to the journal's scope.

Reviewer Selection:

The editor identifies potential reviewers who are experts in the research field, ensuring no conflicts of interest with the authors.

  1. Blind Review Process:

Reviewer Assignment:

The manuscript is sent to the selected reviewers, with no author information provided.

Independent Evaluation:

Each reviewer thoroughly assesses the manuscript based on criteria like originality, methodology, results, discussion, and overall quality, providing detailed feedback and recommendations

Review Submission:

Reviewers submit their evaluations to the editor, again without revealing their identity.

  1. Editorial Decision:

Review Analysis:

The editor carefully analyzes all reviewers' feedback and considers their comments to make a decision regarding publication.

Potential Outcomes:

Accept: Manuscript is accepted for publication as is.

Accept with Revisions: Author is requested to make revisions based on reviewers' feedback and resubmit the manuscript.

Reject: Manuscript is not suitable for publication in the current form.

  1. Author Response:

Revisions:

If revisions are requested, the author addresses all reviewer comments and submits a revised version of the manuscript.

Re-review (if necessary):

Depending on the journal policy, the revised manuscript may be sent back to the original reviewers or new reviewers for further evaluation.

Note for Authors

  • It is the prime responsibility of the authors to address reviewers’ comments in the final manuscript. You can go through the reviewer’s comments from your account in
  • Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) portal: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/FKEMA-2025 (PROPOSED) .
  • The number of pages is limited to six (6). No author should exceed the limit. Don’t include author biography in your paper.
  • The similarity score or plagiarized content of the camera-ready paper should not be more than 15% including bibliography otherwise your paper will not be accepted for publication.
