SC/ST Cell

To implement the reservation policy for SCs/STs in the College.
To collect data regarding the implementation of the policies in respect of admissions, appointments to teaching and non-teaching positions in the college.
To take such follow up measures for achieving the objectives and targets laid down for the purpose by the Government of India and the UGC.
To implement, monitor and evaluate continuously the reservation and programme of the Government of India.

The term of committee shall be for current academic year and committee shall work according to the terms mentioned as below:

They act as a platform for SC/ST students, faculty, and staff to address their grievances and seek redressal for any issues they face.
They provide counseling and guidance to SC/ST students, helping them navigate academic and personal challenges.
They inform SC/ST students about available scholarship programs, fellowships, and other financial assistance opportunities.
They monitor the implementation of policies and programs related to SC/ST welfare, ensuring that the benefits reach the intended beneficiaries.
They maintain records of SC/ST students, faculty, and staff, as well as information related to their grievances and other relevant matters
