Program specific outcome  1- Students will be able to use professional engineering practices, strategies and tactics for the development, operation and maintenance of software.

Program specific outcome 2- Students will have the ability to understand, analyze and develop computer programs in the areas related to algorithms, system software, data structures, web design, and networking for efficient design of software’s of varying complexity.

PROGRAM OUTCOMES

Program Outcome 1: Engineering knowledge: Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals, and an engineering specialization to the solution of complex engineering problems.

Program Outcome 2: Problem analysis: Identify, formulate, research literature, and analyze complex engineering problems reaching substantiated conclusions using first principles of mathematics, natural sciences, and engineering sciences.

Program Outcome 3: Design/development of solutions: Design solutions for complex engineering problems and design system components or processes that meet the specified needs with appropriate consideration for the public health and safety, and the cultural, societal, and environmental considerations.

Program Outcome 4: Conduct investigations of complex problems: Use research-based knowledge and research methods including design of experiments, analysis and interpretation of data, and synthesis of the information to provide valid conclusions.

Program Outcome 5: Modern tool usage: Create, select, and apply appropriate techniques, resources, and modern engineering and IT tools including prediction and modeling to complex engineering activities with an understanding of the limitations.

Program Outcome 6: The engineer and society: Apply reasoning informed by the contextual knowledge to assess societal, health, safety, legal and cultural issues and the consequent responsibilities relevant to the professional engineering practice.

Program Outcome 7: Ethics: Apply ethical principles and commit to professional ethics and responsibilities and norms of the engineering practice.

Mohit Hatwar demonstrated outstanding technical and academic skills by securing First Prize in PPT Presentation under the National Integration Awareness Program and earning a Gold Medal in Computer Operator as Best Operator of the entire EBSB-2 NCC Camp held at NTA, Idaiyapatti, Tamil Nadu. This achievement stand as a true testament to the spirit of NCC and the excellence of the Maharashtra Directorate.

Congratulations Achal Sunil Matte (3rd Year, CSE(AI&ML) For being selected for the Imfocepts Innovate for Impact Scholarship 2025-26. Congratulations Mr. Manish Barvekar (5th Semester, CSE-(AI & ML) for winning the GOLD MEDAL in the SHOURYA CUP NATIONAL KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP-2025, organized by the Karate Association of Bhopal. Through sheer hard work and determination, Manish has made our collage proud, showcasing excellence in sports. The skit was presented by the dedicated students of JIT 👥, and was coordinated by Kamini Khandare (5th Sem CSE- AI & ML)  and Team.

The JIT team YouthScript participated in the Inter-College Skit Competition held at VNIT, Nagpur, and achieved the 2nd Prize ✨🥈 under the guidance of Dance Hobby Club Incharge Prof. Nayan Shambharkar and Dean Student, Dr. Uma Thakur.

Participants take a quiz based on programming basics and logic. Then the event moves forward by explaining the rules to all participants. Contestants are provided with buggy code. Identify and fix bugs to restore correct functionality. Participants tackle complex or obfuscated code. Final round to test advanced debugging and decoding skills
